Wailea Vow Renewal

It was a funny story on how this lovey family and I met - I had taken their boarding photo for a whale watch earlier in the week when they asked if I also did photography on the side . Who knew my quick snap and shoot for a company I work full time for here on island would turn into being a way I have met some of my favorite clients. We scheduled a sunset mini session on one of the most picturesque beaches in Wailea. While I snapped photos of this gorgeous couple professing their love for one another after many heartwarming years of marriage their adorable playful son was able to have a fantastic little playdate with our son on the beach. I have found many of my sessions turn into more of a fun hang out time with my clients while getting those captures which I absolutely love and cherish. It is inspiring hearing all of my client’s stories and being able to connect with them more as just, “the photographer” . As for this session we ended up all playing on the beach longer than scheduled just talking about life, watching whales breach in front of us on the ocean’s horizon, and ending the day with another stunning Maui sunset.
