Getting closer to the date, she reached out to provide an update on local weather and advised we might have to switch and she was right to make that suggestion as our original location was not ideal on the day of. Our new location in Paia was perfect. Quaint and cozy, with a few friendly sea turtles swimming around to top it all off! "Gaylin did a phenomenal job from start to finish on this photo shoot. Coming all the way from Arizona, I was not too familiar with the island but had a vision of what I wanted the shoot to look like as it was a surprise proposal shoot. Immediately, Gaylin reached out with some ideas that fit that vision. From there, her and I got to work on planning out the details (times, location, day, outfit etc). I can't emphasize enough how amazing she was through this whole process, she gave amazing suggestions and the pictures show all that! 1. None of the Lifestyle packages may be used for Elopement or Wedding Coverage. To view my wedding services please refer to my WEDDING WEBSITE.

2. Added fee’s may apply for certain locations that require special permits that do not fall under listed PERMITTED locations .Sessions taking place on neighboring islands or the mainland will have an added Travel Fee.

3. If booking for a Golden Hour session it is only available for the 1 hour or 1.5 - 2 hour session and for set locations. Please be aware that wind in HI picks up after 12PM and locations become more crowded . Evening winds can be anywhere from 15mph-40mph. Beautiful photos can still happen but there will be wind present.

4. All sessions require a non refundable $90 Holding Fee ( deducted out of the session’s cost) to be paid + a Booking Link to be filled out in order to secure the session. Subject to change if location is at a location that requires a special permit or travel

5. Regarding Lifestyle Sessions NOT on Maui only the 1.5-2 Hour session may be booked ( if more time is requested a custom quote will be given ). A travel fee is also applied to the package’s cost. If a trip the mainland is already planned any of the below sessions other than the Little Mini may be booked during the listed travel dates.

Having photographer over 500 lifestyle sessions I have been around the block when it comes to documenting families and couples. I know how to bring smiles out of any possible toddler tears as well as keep the vibe a fun one for any teens or adults who are not thrilled about a session. As important as getting those beautiful photos for your family are I place you all having a wonderful time during our shoot as a top priority.

Though I may talk about how I want everything to be a laid back vibe on each page of my website I am also about making sure the details are out on the table.
