Early Morning Session In Lahaina

What is a better way to start off your morning than seeing adorable faces of littles smiling up at you !

This early morning session in Lahaina was originally supposed to be for a dear family of three but with more family members in town also vacationing it was expanded into an hour session to include memorable captures of everyone here on island ! This location early in the morning is one my favorites for several reasons them being how peaceful it is, the way the light filters through the palm trees, and getting to introduce this quiet beach to tiny kiddos.

I fully understand how scary the ocean can be when you’re so small and the world is so large. About 98% of my families with tiny kiddos it’s their first time seeing the ocean when they travel here and it intimidates them ( goodness I would feel a bit nervous as well !). However, that’s when we go with this amazing spot which has yet to fail on letting kids feel comfortable around the water with no waves crashing at them and how shallow the water is at shore. It doesn’t hurt that the sand which was uncomfortable in the get go turns into a very fun thing to squish around in.
