A Morning Photoshoot in Wailea, Maui | Maui Photographer

-Starting the morning off right with toes in the sand and palm tree shadows in the waves -

Living on the West Side of Maui during the pause of travel in 2020 I found myself having time to explore more of the South Side of the island. It was during my scenic drives of zipping around Kihei and Wailea area is when I found Keawakapu Beach. If one was staying on the South side and wanted a beach location that had palm trees, bright blue water, lava rocks, and some mountain views this is the location to go with ! In the morning if timed just right you’ll find yourself walking through palm tree shadows that extend into the water. In the evening you can watch the sun dip behind Lanai or the ocean’s horizon.
