Big Island Hawaii Family Photoshoot
What better way to make some incredible family memories together than taking a trip with your loved ones to Hawai’i !
J and her wonderful family have a tradition of flying to meet up with one another in beautiful locations around the world creating some very special moments all together. This year their location of choice was Big Island Hawai’i - with it being only a 30 minute flight from Maui I was more than happy to jump on a plane to capture photos of them all together here in paradise.
Their session took place in front of the beautiful resort they were staying at , Mauna Lani . Not only is the beach in front of the resort permitted for sessions but it was perfect for showcasing the look of the island of Hawai’i with its palm trees on the shoreline, vibrant blue water, and lava rock everywhere with hardly any other people around. We had such a blast hanging out on the beach capturing photos for two hours - now I know that may sound insane but when it comes to multi generation family sessions that time goes by so quickly ! It was the ideal timeframe for photographing the entire family, different groupings, and all the fun shots in between. J is an very talented photographer on the mainland where we were able to fit in some brand shots towards the end of our time together. Overall a whole lot than can be snapped when you allow yourself the time to just enjoy spending time with your family making memories somewhere special.
